The first two Advance Wars are coming to Nintendo Switch in a new remastered collection called Advance Wars 1 + 2 Re-Boot Camp. The game was also announced to release on December 3 during the Nintendo Direct at E3 2021.
The collection combines remastered versions of Advance Wars and the sequel Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising in a new, polygonal graphical style.

Advance Wars is Nintendo’s military-themed strategy game where players can build up military units to gain control of a map against either an AI or player-controlled enemy units.
The first Advance Wars game was released on the Game Boy Advance back in 2001, and a sequel featuring more playable nations was released in 2003. Since then the Advance Wars series has laid fairly dormant beyond a well-received DS sequel, Advance Wars: Dual Strike, and a soft, gritty reboot called Advance Wars: Days of Ruin.
Advance Wars Re-Boot Camp is the original Advance Wars game rebuilt from the ground up, ditching the pixelated sprites for a more 3D art style and animated character portraits.
